PROCESS
 

  Step One:
 

Every project starts with a consultation via phone, email or in person.  After the consultation, you will be quoted a price based on the ideas suggested for your invitations.  Minimum orders for wedding invitations begin at $500 and $250 for special occasion invitations. You can combine services, such as programs and invitations, to meet the minimum.  A $250 non-refundable deposit is required which will be credited towards the order, if placed. It is best to schedule consultations four months or more in advance.  Rush jobs are available for clients who need their invitations sooner than the suggested four months, but that will be calculated into your cost.

The price for your custom invitation takes into account the cost of the paper and envelopes, printing, assembly supplies and any embellishment options that are chosen. It also includes the amount of time involved in the project from consultations and correspondence, to evolving the concept, to creating a custom design, to cutting paper and printing, and hand assembly of each and every invitation that is ordered.

   
  Step Two:
  1-3 designs will be created based on the information from the consultation.  Up to 3 revisions are allowed with the concept that is chosen.  Additional revisions are subject to a $100 per hour design fee. Proofs will be sent via email (or mail if you prefer) within one to three weeks depending on the number of projects being worked at that time.  Once completely satisfied with the design, a signed printing agreement and a 50% deposit is required. A mock-up of the design will be delivered within 2-3 weeks for final approval.
   
  Step Three:
  Once the mock-up is approved, the client signs a proof approval contract acknowledging that everything is correct from design, to color, to spelling, to font, etc. Clients are responsible to check their own proofs. Once approved and signed, production begins.
   
  Step Four:
  Production will usually take between 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the complexity and size of the project. Rush jobs are available at an additional cost. I will contact you when your order is near completion and the remaining 50% balance will be due prior to pick up or shipment of your invitations. All postage and/or shipping charges are paid by the client and will be included in the final invoice.
   
  Step Five:
  Clients who cancel their project before it has gone into production will incur a 30% cancellation fee in addition to any costs they may have incurred. Once an order has gone into production the remaining balance must be paid in full.
